Can someone get banned from giving me a trojan via msn?

    EDIT: Close this thread please.

I want to know if you can ... luckily my antivirus blocked it though >.>.
His computer was probably infected maybe because he kept saying the same thing over and over again and wouldn't reply with a different msg ...

    Sythe username: tarty67

I added him to swap his zerker for my pure here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=522631

Well here's what happened ...I log on msn, then he starts giving me links .. I click on them .. and BAM, trojans, my antivirus detected them straight away and quarantined them.

    Here's picture proof.

You should never have clicked any links you don't know about in the first place-.-

He looks like he got a virus himself, and I don't think he could control that so I doubt he could get banned as it isn't his fault, I could be wrong tho:/

Well, the rules say he'd be banned if he posted them on the forums ...

If his intention was to SCAM in anyway (Using your Sythe account to scam people, steal your rs account etc.) then yes. If he did it for any other reason, I don't think so.

if anyone EVER sends you an email that says '=your_email_here'

    DO NOT CLICK IT!

Several coder friends of mine started one a while ago, but it downloads a trojan to you, steals all your cookies, decodes them & sends them your username/pw for forums, games, msn, ect. So be careful!

Cute except for the fact that cookies don't hold passwords, its encrypted into the server is my understanding. unless your a dumbass and save your passwords

thats why everyone should be smart and use mozilla [: Cant access the cookies without a master password anyways.

but yeah, Cookies dont store your password except for on noob sites coded by retarded autistic monkeys, is what i've learned.
