Pins Problem - Free pin if you can help!

Hey guys... If you haven't noticed, recently my pin shop has been closed. This is because my pins aren't working right. Whenever I enter them, it says "Incorrect Payment for Pin". I am 100% sure that I got USA SMS pins...

That's where you come in. If I think you are trusted, I will give you one of my pins to figure out what's wrong. If you get it applied, you get a free pin. You must tell me how you got it to work, though.

I got this message as well once , but i said it'sinvalid and that guy gave me new one :/

 

That means it had already been used. Mine means that it's not applied, but somethings wrong

 

Are you 100 percent sure they are U.S. and maybe you and putting a space or anything I don't Know.

 

if it says incorrect payment, than it means they were not payed correctly. This should only happen if you got them by using a phone at a store near you, that means they have either blocked JaGEx from billing them and the pins arent paid, or there is some other problem

 

or if your using sms and put pbp or anything like that

 

It says incorrect payment WINDOW. I did not get them from a store.

 

what payment window r u using when it says incorrect.

 

USA is my country, and I click the 'Redeem here' on the SMS option.

 

Go through all the windows until you find the correct one.

 

Other people can do that if they'd like. That's why I'm offering a free pin.

Did you get the pin YOURSELF?

As in you live in America and you used your cell phone and got an sms pin?

Incorrect payment window for pin simple means that the pin ONCE worked or is still working but you are using the wrong country/option.

If it still works then it means that it is a sms pin but your selecting pay by phone or vice versa.

It could also mean that the country that the pin was aquired from is different from the cuontry you selected while applying the pin.

Recently, from my experiences, the message also comes up if the pin has already been applied.

Like if it was an us sms pin and it was already redeemed, it will say "incorrect payment window".

 

Either been used or there invalid somehow

 

Sorry I don't know if your question is answered because I didn't feel like reading other posts.

Try going to the pbp option if your on sms option, that should work.
