    I've issued a DNT, as a precaution.

    User has became active after more than a two years, which is fine but his IP is from a whole different continent.

    Due to the recent wave of hacked accounts, I would suggest that user is DNT'd until he successfully provide enough recovery information to ensure that the account hasn't been hacked.

    Looking for a second opinion here.
