Your logic is that you have the right to limit what others can or cannot possess. Why can't I have this right? What difference is there between you and I that grants you these powers?

 

what logic grants you your rights? and the power to do as you please, or possess what you may or want? i can be just as illogical with my posts, seeing as nothing of the world proves our rights we are supposed ot have solely to ourself among one another.

This is by far the most ridiculous invention ive heard about. Surely, the rapists will devise a guide on how to remove it and spread word to fellow rapists via rapist weekly or wateva news bulletin they use to keep in contact.

Or she could just get a knife and do it. A person can do those things without the use of the Anti-Rape device.

 

I think that it is a good idea, but once the rapists find out about it, it will be worthless, so... would be good for the first little while.

 

That's different though. A knife you have to take out first, so the man would have time to react, whereas this "device" is implanted inside so there is no way of knowing or reacting.

To be realistic, yes it would discourage rapists, but could harm innocent individuals. So my vote would be no.

 

I've been noticing alot of people are saying that it's the women's body etc. This may be true that she can put anything inside her.

But like i've been reading also, if this girl is at a party and meets a guy, in which she his in the mood for sex, and mistakenly forgets she has the device in, and proceeds to have sex with the guy, and bam, no more dick. Can the guy turn around if he lives, or his family, and sue the shit out of them for everything they got?

Hypothetically speaking.. if guns just came out today, with the knowledge we have now I'm sure people would be fighting for all guns to be illegal. But that's not the point.

Think realistically though, if this thing gets legalized, woman are going to use it. And there are going to be lots of cases where woman get drunk, forget about the "Rape-X Device," and hook up with a guy, having sex with them with their consent. It's just not a good idea.

There will be a lot more cases of woman forgetting about the device than a woman stabbing a guys dick with a knife. Because how many times now a days do you hear about that anyway? How many do you think died in swimming pools? Do you think that swimming pools should be illegal because there is a possibility for accidents?
