How to send a message to jagex?

Have a scammers RS user, want to get him banned. I can't just log in to RS and use report abuse in-game can I? because it takes a screenshot, and there will be no evidence.

Is there still a way to send them messages? you used to be able to do it by 'comment on our service'

 

Jagex removed customer service after the Wildy removal, for obvious reasons.

The only way to contact Jagex is currently through the Forums, or through the Billing Issue support form.

 

Try to ask them something about billing first , and when they respond to your email , reply with your weird questions e.g unbanning and etc

 

try to use forums. maybe try to get hold of a mod

 

I don't know about this whole "There is no Customer Service" bullshit, I just used Help -> Customer Support the other day, and got a quick, non-computerized response. My account was unbanned and Deferred from all Blackmarks

I think I will try the billing querey thing. I'm not going to post on forums, because whenever I do, I get some nub level 60 mod-wannabe saying "Anythingz 2 do wiv reporting abuse should be done in game and not on tha forumz. Thank you for urz time. ..::'*jackman194403*'::.." then I end up flaming and getting black marks :L RS forums annoy me so much.

The billing query won't work, nor will the forums. The forums you'll get your message hidden for naming players, and the billing query will only result in an automated message.

Your only chance is if you know a Forum Moderator personally. All of the Jagex Forum Moderators have their Jagex QA's added on their friends' list. Maybe they would be willing to contact one for you, but then again it makes them look suspicious.

 

jagex has lost its fucken minds... It is trying to create the perfect fair game... Just wondering... how does selling mills and all of that stuff affect them?!?! it doesn't is the answer. They say they are trying to provide fairness for all the members... yet they are the ones that are charging $$ just to access 3/4 of the game... They don't have live support because some people would abuse it, but the simple solution isn't to just remove it... its to fucken ban all of the users doing this and just.... OMG they don't think shit through... lost 9/10 of all of their paying members when update came out for the new trade limit shit...
