How they scammed: Fredrick is a worker+Supporter of the server. At the 26/10 he accepted the payment of 358,55M from user @jd0826 with the Discord Figstah#8431 and Unique id 168122862387986432 to complete an order of skilling+Questing. on 30/10/19 the account has been temporarily banned cause of the banwave jagex did at that time. he continued the order mid november until end december, until i have no news of him. tried to get in contact to get some updates of the order, but nothing yet. I proceeded a refund to Figstah of the uncompleted order, cancelled by me, with a total amount of 224M which will be paid in 2 times until 15.02.20. Fredrick has made a deposit on me of a total of 100M and i have 60M i originally need to pay him of a previous order.
224-60-100=64M. as this were the last order for the server, i told fredrick, that he can keep the cut of 10% which is 35M.

I don‘t want to het him banned on sythe, i only want a reply from him. since 1 month i have no news, and i don‘t know why. so i just thing a precautionary dnt should be enough.

Little update @veng. Fredrick messaged me on Discord and he will refund the 60M soon. can his dnt be lifted pls?

 

It seems clear that this is a mishap rather than a scam as he hasn't been on in months and is working to resolve it with you privately, therefore I've requested for the removal of his DNT.
