I dislike the prayer. Did the same thing on mine. >.<
Trust me, if you have 1M+, 31 prayer is not worth it to keep your Rune 2h/scimi. And the str bonus doesn't help much.
I'd say 7/10.
Keep training the strength, or get 50 atk for maul.

High levels - 44/55
