Advice for a pure.

Well this is my pure I've been working on for 2 years, I botted all of my magic and more than half of my ranged xp. And I just hit 99 hp today.

a)I want to know if it's worth getting 99 attack or will it just give me combat useless combat levels.

b)Should I get 20 defense or keep it at 6? (I was botting at PC and the bot went haywire, hence 6 defense.

 

a) i would say 75 attack for gs pking, then again 85 would be amazingly good hits.
b) i'd say 20, becouse 6def, its almost no differance from 1, just that it gives ur about 2 combat levels, how did it happen?

 

If you actually read the thread it says "the bot went haywire", whatever that means.

Stay 6 def. Steel pker ftw. Don't bother getting it to 20. It won't change anything. It'll just look better. Keep it at 6. Also, about the attack, you can either stay, or get it to 99, which would own. Depends on if you'd get owned in that high level. Do you PK BH or PvP?
What is your combat level now?

 

I'd stay 6, or get it to 10 max. Also, stay 75 attack for sure, 99 attack won't be worth the combat levels with low defense. Only get 99 attack if you go zerker/45 defense. Awesome pure btw.

 

Get 99 attack and 45 defense. Zerker pures are SO much better in the PvP.

If you want to lower, get 20 defense. The prayer bonus and defense is nice, yadig?

20 deffence for sure, intinitate and mystic = win, also verry nice account you have there.

go for 20 for mystic and ini. If you still don't like that then you could become a zerker pure cause they rape. But I would just stick with 20 def.

 

id say get 45 defence and 99 attack

 

88 combat at the moment.

 

I'm having same thing atm. I noticed that rune pure's hit same as i do now with my 95 str and 90 atk . Do you guys think the price will drop alot if i train 45 def ?

Look at it this way: You have MAX strength bonus. WHO THE FUCK is going to own you? You can GODSWORD! You have Whip and D CLAWS!


Gear goes like this:

Zerker-Helm
Fighter Torso
Rune legs
Rune boots
Barrows Gloves
Fire cape
rDefender
Then D Scim/Whip/GODSWORD/Dclaws ETC..

You will straight fuck kids.

Beat all the necesarry quests for 45 def and get 80 attack for a maxed mid crater pker.

 

Wether zerker pures are better or not, pures are and always will be funner to PK on.


And I'd get 80 attack, and 20 defence.

 

Well The higher your attack i guess the more you will hit, 20 def is just for more prayer bonus. its all up to you if you want more combat levels or not.

 

I have a pure pretty much your stats, and it was 7 Defense.

I then got 20 defense thinking I'd be able to own BH, etc...

I was wrong, I pures are pretty much useless now unless you are an active pure clan member.

Getting 20 defense and 99 attack depends on if you play a lot, or you just get on for clan events.

If it's just clan events I wouldn't get anything as your pretty good atm, if you play a lot on it then getting 20 defense and 99 attack is worth it.
