Get your attack/str up and make it a 1 def pure.

 

get flech, and wc to 99...
Ummm, get your ranged to 80 or so.

Get fm to 99 before making it to member for skillcape. Then get 99 fletch. This is what I would do if I were you.

 

Get as many skills as possible to 99 and then sell it.

I wouldn't keep it as 1 def pure. Atleast 45 is a must !

 

get 40 attack and 70 plus strength and own it up with a range 2her

Turn it into a range tank. With 8M on it, you should have more than enough to start.
