i.p. check on ownageson please

I had him log into a level 10 account and his i.p. address matches that of swordanian & paintball who are both perm banned. Ownageson is buying the same level of accounts as the other 2 were and is using the same lines. please check it out and see if its the same person and ban this one as well, we don't need a scammer thinking they can go around and not get caught ban evading...
