Ok so there's a bunch of little things he did, none of which are really entirely scamming, but some of them are towing the line.

Issue: False giveaway

and it wasn't done until sometime in January. I was briefly added to the channel by a manager and then removed. In the channel baod was telling the person who won it that the reason for the delay was ethans twc on sythe (more on that later). Baod then claims the reason for him not giving the cape away was because he didnt have money for it due to him being hacked for 7b. This too is a lie as he was hacked before I joined his server in mid October, and the giveaway was started after I joined.

edit: let me clarify, It was eventually honored but the giveaway took almost 3 months to be given away after it was completed. Baod blamed it on issues with ethans end, however during that time I was available to do NA capes for boad. Baod then admitted to me in pms that the real reason it wasnt done asap was because he didnt have the funds to pay for the cape.

so basically ethan was selling capes with baod, then presumably when a customer had an issue with it, he made a new discord called "the caper" and continued selling capes for him

also if this isn't enough I have a video showing 100% proof that ethan is caperrr on discord, however the video shows some personal details and wont be uploaded pubically. If a sythe mod / admin wants to see it let me know.

Issue: Losing workers deposits / effectively creating a ponzi scheme
proof: apparently he admitted it to video
explanation: So basically when baod got hacked he lost everyones despoits & was in debt for a large amount. Instead of trying to pay off his debt baod decided to just hire new workers / managers to pay off his debt with their deposit.

thats not even a feasible excuse; but i will say two things;
one, the time stamps do not show dates, not that it matters but how would anyone know if these are even accurate?
two, gold prices change all the time, just this week they went up over 10%,

- i mentioned it to the other staff about how i knew that "guy" AKA - somebody from Mafia's - Acoming in asking for GP for BTC was a set up or something dodgy, hence asking for sythe. as i knew for a start they could not provide it. ( no mutual friends, no mutual servers, - Recently created account,

also to add, yep its correct i had around 6/7b stolen, from a manager who was linked with most of the guys from mafia, ( one of the ex staff from mafia infact hired this new guy who turnt out to be a fake & A scam all along )

Proves i can get everything taken away from me, and re-build back up to where we are today with OUT scam quitting like alot of people do when put in a sticky situation.

 

So I never claimed that you didnt complete the giveaway, my issue was you offering a giveaway and taking 3 months to payout

also with regards to the false advertising of your gold, you claim that it was a newly made discord. So can you post his discord Id so we can see the date the account was created?

Reason for his claim of 2 weeks for his deposit - following TOS . Very odd how we refunded you the deposit yesterday, had a guy today mention he had about 60m missing, ( had service done 2/3 weeks ago and admitted to not changing his password by mistake )

the service was done on december 6th, thats not 2-3 weeks its a month and a half.
also the customer is claiming that he had other services done in your discord and no manager asked him to change his password between services. seems like bad business practices to me.
Also I didnt have pin access, it was only a firecape I did for the guy and I had to use my own gear

The discord user in question (referring to the false advertising of gold prices) has a discord that is 2+ years old, and is in Sythe, and has a Sythe. You have blatantly lied about:

1. It being a fresh discord

2. Them not having any servers in common

3. 1 & 2 seem to disqualify your argument that you only treated the user this way because it was “somebody from Mafia’s” and you “knew” this..

We only have this info because it was sent to us - confirmed by multiple people who apparently forwarded this information elsewhere about you.


As for being affiliated with the manager who scammed you - of course. Most of your staff left you BECAUSE you let them get their deposits stolen by someone you claimed was a good IRL friend - and this, didn’t take a deposit from.

The only affiliation my staff has is that their deposit was taken by your “friend”, and they subsequently split off from you.



I can provide more info to any staff member who wants it in private. We’d like to be left out of this report, and don’t wish to be dragged in any further.

Our staff seeks nothing from Baod except that he allows them to move forward, despite the indignities Baod brought them while under his, supposed, care.

I was away, Im not complaining that it took over 2 weeks to pay for it. I was simply showing that I asked for it well before the incident with the guy losing 60m

 

lol Exxistential - funny type of guy you are, just because i did not hire you,

but anyway..

As questioned and stated to a staff member of a discord i sponsor/advertise within, ( who also works within the same server as you both ) - also stated that to the " unknown " guy who came asking for GP ( Why are you not showing that)? i cant change my bot commands while im asleep if my workers have ran out of gold.

i Dont see proof that its a 2 + year discord, or that i DO or NOT have mutual servers/friends with, so that's just a claim with out proof, - So your statement for 1. & 2. is not even valid..

lets not forget to mention, it was proven to be a known scammer " Brown bear " who was a member of a community we both are in. -

You say my staff " Left me " ? whats the real reason for them " leaving me? " - A short while after getting hacked by a ex manager of ours, my current staff at the time, suggested to me i pass them ownership of the server, and they will fix the debts ect, i was not happy with passing ownership of my server ive put alot of $ and 100's of hours into, i got left with a option, " pass over the owner ship of the server, or we leave " - Np, leave & be replaced with good friends of mine.

Just take a look at my feedback section - it just go's to show, my server is doing ALOT better and more smoothly with none of you involved

You also claimed that it was a new discord - I see no proof of that? There are posts from the user in the Sythe discord itself that are almost 2 years old themselves.

As for your success, I am happy for you! Finally a staff ignorant of you selling/losing deposits, hurray! People change, and if you have, more power to you.

Simply leave us out of this if all you have to say are speculation that we did shady things - like trying to buy your gold - or want to claim we are affiliated with the thief who took our own staff’s deposits from your account, while working as a manager in your services without a deposit.

If you have no evidence relevant to the current report, please await staff’s response, and again, leave us out of it.

In the same ticket where the user tried to buy gold, your Admin “39th” advertised 0.53/M, and your bot posted 0.52, which 39th also confirmed.

This price was changed after you checked whether they had a sythe - presumably to make sure no reports would come your way? You also tried to delete all of 39th’s and the bot’s posts in the ticket to hide this fact.

So either you’re lying, or your staff are falsely advertising/incompetent...
