Here is the deal, im paying up to 40mill for all of this stuff im about to mention to get done. The account will be a member, and have about 2mill on it, which should be enough to get food, pots, runes, and etc needed for questing/training or what ever. I would like all of this to be done withing 14-16 days MAX so if u dont think u could do that please dont post on my thread.

IF YOU DONT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS DONT EVEN BOTHER TO POST ON MY THREAD UNLESS ITS TO BUMP IT UP OR YOUR JUST TRYING TO GET FREE POST COUNT BECAUSE I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO QUEST FOR ME.
-Must have proof that you are capable of doing these quests
-Must have atleast 10 LEGIT vouches none of that free questing, training, other vouches that mean nothing
-You must either pay MM fee's or go first questing and get payed in increments, my last quester got payed 15mill first for dt, mm, and mith gloves and only got me iron gloves and did mm and stoped responding to my msn messages

And This is a pic of some one who has the quests done on a low level prooving that it can be done with minimum stats and etc but if u feel u need to raise cb stats alittle higher(except for defence cuz u get threw quests) then u can do so as long as my attack does not pass 60 after u did attack xp giving quests, and as long as my prayer stays below 31(after u've done prayer xp giving quests)


You will basically have to get all of those none combat stats because they are quest requirements, Also throw in "Lunar Diplomacy" quest, and stat requirements.

i got 40mill cash, but if ur interested in cash and an acc or etc i have a 1def acc with some low stats but 90 fishing with like 5mill on it and etc none member no recovs and all that i could trade if interested.

~~EDIT:I decided to make the questing go by quicker, i'll be training the account's none combat skills alittle bit so u wont have as much training to do but i wont be making it p2p until i got a quester so none of the p2p stat requirements will be done or trained by me.

i looked at ur questing and fire caping threads though, and i must say there well organised and good luck with it, if you have vouches and etc further in the future and i didnt get a quester yet i'll look towards u.

 

i have 12 vouches all for doing torsos so i can b trusted with this and pay in increments every 5 quests u pay

 

though u have vouches for torso's do u have proof that u can do all these quests, and etc.

 

Just so you aren't dissapointed with the person you find doing this, I would like you to know you need 85 combat to do Lunar Diplomacy.
