I haven't gotten it to 60 attack yet because it hasn't done monkey madness or the quests to lead up to mm yet, and they give a LOT of attack xp. So i didn't want it to go over. it has done all the basic pure quests, iron gloves from rfd, climbing boots, etc.

The second account is basically a lower level version of the first one. 55 attack for the same reason. all stats are perfect.

1) it's not hard to change an IP, and i doubt they actually IP-ban. probably wouldn't even require an IP change, a simple deletion of cookies would do.
