I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct section or not, so I do apologise to the moderators if not, hopefully you can move the thread if so.

Anyhow, I just went to nmztraining.com and purchased the MM2 questing service, then entered the live chat and told the guy I'd just purchased the service. He asked for my order number etc and I gave it to him, then he said they don't accept OSRS gp, so I asked about changing my purchase to Paypal instead, to which he said they don't accept that either, so I said no worries I can pay with debit/credit card and he said "Go ahead". I said "ok no worries, when can the guy start questing?" To which he replied "when the guy starts". I said ok but when will that be? And he just repeated the same thing... "When the guy starts." I just said wow you know what forget it, and he begins to reply with stuff like "Cry more" etc and ends the chat on me.

I'm a long term user on Sythe and in all of my 8 years I have never experienced such bad attitude or terrible customer service like this.
