    Hey!

    So I’ve been told that KETO should be very good for loss of weight and fat, but I Seem to get lost in the meals and the way to exercise to make it the most effective. Share your view, and maybe some advice ;).

    I find KETO does work in some cases. However if you are morbidly obese or obese at all I would not recommend it due to the fact that you rely on a high fat/protein diet. And that diet can lead to complications in cholesterol levels and eventual hypertension/heart issues.

    Keto works well because it cuts out all sugar from diets.

    I work in the fitness industry, and you’re best to just have a balanced diet. Eat more to gain weight, eat less to lose weight. Check out the Harris Benedict equation if you want a calculated calorie amount that is right for your bodyweight, age, and gender.

    It’s not sustainable long term. Your body’s preferred source of energy is glucose regardless of what anyone tells you. If you’re an active individual I recommend sticking to cleaner sources of carbs such as sweet or red potatoes and white rice since it’s easier to digest than brown. Also consume berries and raw honey in moderate amounts. Don’t fall victim of the trend. There’s a reason every top athlete in the world relies on carbs to fuel their workouts and games.

    Very High fat, about 75% , medium protein about 20% rest carbs if any, make sure to keep fat content up, i eat avocados with olive oil and salt, fatty meats, butter , lard, olive oil, olives, fatty cheeses, double cream in my coffee, and no sugar, they have sugar substitues such as erithytol, Not only is this diet good for you it can reverse diabetes, the one you obtain over time not the one your born with. Now i have also implemented fasting as well, i usually eat between 3pm-7pm my first meal and have 1 or 2 large meals each day, my training is between 25minutes to 1 hour daily, train hard and get out of the gym fast, sitting in the gym 2plus hours a day is a easy way to quit. ALso you can find tons of keto meal plans on youtube/google

    i don't think this is true, your body needs fat, and needs protein, it doesnt need carbs, the very little amount of carbs needed the body can make, Fats are needed to regulate hormones. If you think about it vegetables/fruits centuries ago were most likely only consumed in the season in which they grew around you to fatten up for the winter if eaten at all, and from what i understand your body runs better on fats then carbs, and you remove tons of illnesses when you remove sugar/carbs from your diet.

    Keto is def a quicker way to drop off weight, however, taking in account the subcutaneous water loss also.

    I feel like it's more of a fad diet nowadays, where it gives people a chance to make stupid low calorie/carb recipes.

    Keep it simple:
    Greens
    Avocado/Oil
    Beef (Good quality only)
    Chicken
    Cauliflower versions of any starch

    The best way to succeed in any diet is to keep things boring/repetitive.

    That way if anything stalls, you can pinpoint what to remove to continue progress...
    assuming you're tracking everything you eat, that is.

    Keto is great for quick results. I’ve just come off a 45 day stint and lost 25lbs from 240 to 215.
    I found it very difficult to train on though as my body was constantly aching and tired probably through the lack of energy I was consuming.
    I think a good portion of my weight loss was water weight too but the trousers certainly dont feel tight so I’m happy regardless!

    Honestly, from experience, start grilling your meals instead of getting them with breading and fatty material, it'll change your life.

    Keto definently isn't a long term solution, so its probably just better to stay off it.
