im on the VFD and Friday morning around 5:30AM we had a call come in about a woman having a miscarriage at the walmart here, it was a first responder call so i didn't have to go, but possible your talking about the same one?

The article states he was at the BOTTOM OF THE PILE. so when the doors collapsed he was first to fall, with the people behind him falling on top - the fall alone would cause shock.
I doubt there was any time to regain consciousness, especially if he fell face first.

This only happened because they had a sale on thanksgiving and poor regulation. If you want to avoid the risk of being trampled, don't Que up 5:00am in the morning just before the stores open on a national holiday. Not because the U.S.A has a wall-mart.
