    Why do you think they are ban evading?:
    - Same interest in selling/buying RSPS.
    - EXACT same avatar picture. Find it kind of odd, not sure how someone would have the same interest and exact same avatar picture.

    I'm afraid this won't be enough to safely assume that they are the same person.

    People often a thematic image, that they found on google, as an avatar.

    Also, geolocation is not a match.
