Also, for anyone concerned that I'm not paying because I don't have the money, that's false. I'd be more than happy to allow any staff member hold the $337.50 whilst this dispute is going on, you just have to DM me on Discord for it.

Oh, and for any imposters reading this report and thinking about DMing me trying to get me to pay you, please do not waste your time.

 

I would like to mention a couple of things, other than your ego and arrogant personality.

1. It's not your business to get involved with me and my customers.
2. I only mentioned your name on discord for not answering me privately.
3. You threatened to release my name, so I took a screenshot and sent it back as you're threatening me.
4. The website is fully functional and working with it's current features and you own the website source code (backend and frontend both on your Github repository).
5. I have no business with you and the people you deal with, it's the last concern I care about, honestly.
6. You were constantly sending me music videos all the time, asking me about my cultural background, asking a lot of questions, threatening to release my information.
7. You are disputing because you want a way or another to avoid paying.
8. I don't know where Baod popped up from, but he wants to get the backend source code or wants me to code him an infernal cape calculator + do a UI/UX for 50$, I guess he's your relative since you both cannot afford some good job (He suddenly changes his mind, gambling addict: Imgur).
9. I have the right to reject any offer from you, and I can accept any, if, and only if, I want.
10. Coinbase, Sofort and the whole app is working like a charm, admins, get on his website and give it a try, and if there's a customer who wants something similar I would be more than happy to serve.
11. I have the right to resign, and not get paid and work for you, and you won't get anything in return.
12. Since the code is delivered (available on your Github), and the website is fully functional apart from Skrill payment method which was supposed to be delivered at the end, you are not entitled to take a penny from me.
13. I don't have access to the droplet/server since my SSH key was removed.

Either ways, I resign, and I don't owe you anything, and I don't want to work for you anymore, and you don't owe me anything in return, and regarding the dispute you're filing against $1012.5, the website is fully functional, you can't dispute against something that's working and completed, period.

Whether you got defamed or not, I don't care, it's not my problem, it's the last thing I care about, and if you use the site or not, it's not my problem as well, you can eat a burger, and say it's not nice, but you can't pop it up from your stomach and say refund me McDonalds.

Edit: I have a folder on Google Drive that contains a demo of the LIVE (production) version of the website fully functional, I can share it upon request and some relevant screenshots, source code related etc...

Edit 2: Regarding defamation:

1. The website wasn't released yet and isn't public.
2. I've never mentioned the name of the corporation/website to the public.

 

1) If other people are having the same problem, that's not my fault.

2) No, you tagged me multiple times for stuff that was not relevant.

3) I never "threatened" to release your name. I posted what I said in the Sythe Discord so that other users were AWARE regarding why the information couldn't be released publicly (as I mentioned, private information is in the contract).

4) I may own the libraries on github, you still have access as a collaborator to delete/edit/modify files.

5) Lets not forget, you were the one who originally DMed me once you found out what happened regarding Edwin. Had you not DMed me on Discord first, the website could have potentially gone to someone better who was more flexible and patient.

6) Threatened to release personal information where? I clearly trolled you when I sent arabic music videos.

I suppose this means, you're in breach of the contract. Thank you for pointing this out. The contract said you're paid at the end, and you tried to circumvent it by requesting early payment.

7) That's actually false. Did you not see where I said I would let any moderator hold it pending the outcome of this report? Because I know that as soon as you have the money yourself, you could easily use it as leverage.

9) Nobody said you didn't have rights, but the contract sets it clear that payment will be at the end, and you attempted to circumvent the contract. Regardless of the situation, if there's something you didn't agree with in the contract, you shouldn't have signed and we would have been here regardless because you are impatient.

10, 11, 12) I actually am. The deal was Skrill, Bank Transfers and Cryptocurrency. If Skrill was declined, regardless of the situation, the website was never able to be complete. You're the one who should have questioned these things at the beginning. The deal was, payment at the end, according to the contract. Website not able to be complete with the payment methods means that, there is actually nothing owed, so I don't see what you're arguing about? Lol.

And yes, defamation is a real thing. People like me don't deserve fame? Alright then why did you even bother to DM me to begin with. You DMed me first asking if you could do my site and even BEGGING me to do it. Let me pull up those screenshots now actually...










You were only chosen for the task because you kept messaging me like literally. You were chasing me even before the API keys, so don't try and act like "I shouldn't have to chase you" because you were doing it from the very beginning.
