    Wish I would've checked the forums before I purchased but found their site via rsgilded. Read through their terms, says a phone call may be required for some special orders. I go ahead an order, late at night, and then the chat rep tries to tell me a phone call is always required however their terms do not state that.

    I ask for a refund, get told it will be 24 hours.

    A week later, I asked where my refund is, got told the manager wasn't online at the moment and that they will leave a note.

    2 weeks later, I'm being told the manager is away for 7 more days and I will get a refund then. Sounds like they are trying to scam me here so I'm reporting them.

    I've requested a DNT removal but this is being added to your TWC reason as this is the second time you have delayed a refund in such a manner.

    I have also redacted the sensitive photos.

    EDIT: user can't dispute his TWC until June 5, 2020 -     Bought 07 Gold never received gold or refund from RSGOLDFAST.COM
