    Hello,

    Long story short, I made a purchase through Dailysteals using Paypal and paid with a credit card for $600.00 for a phone. Decided to refund it but their lack of customer support and a ridiculous amount of wait time for a refund...

    I decided to let the credit card company take matters out of my hand and get my money back. Daily steals confirmed that the return was received on their end, but unfortunately unable to process a refund back to me because I opened a chargeback dispute with them. My credit card company has processed a credit for the amount charged. Now the charge got reversed and the result was towards the merchant's favor.

    If I decide to let my CC company close the dispute, and PayPal closes the dispute, will Dailysteals still be able to pursue a refund for the amount of $600 back?

    I think you have to get it in writing that Dailysteals will give you back the money after you close the disputes.
