Dispute Forums - Go in order?

Pretty much everyone except maybe 2 people.

 

Just telling you it isn't that easy to deal with disputes..

 

I understand that, but if the threads were organized from oldest thread to newest, then people would be served in the order they came, and therefore it would be much more fair.

Right now it's basically a mob of people standing in front of a store before it opens. This would make the mob into a "line".

 

What he's saying is that if we didn't deal with the easy disputes while having a team lead or admin deal with the harder disputes, then there'd be a lot of unanswered disputes and reports with people seems to care more about than the order that they get answered in...

 

Well you guys could at least leave a message that you checked the thread but have not come to a decision yet. This would help the person who makes the post know you're doing something about it. Right now most of them look like you've ignored them. (Not saying you did)
