Mike_w_99's ban appeal w/proof

Ok well, recently I was doing a trade with destiny follower. He agreed to be going first, considering I am fairly trusted as all my vouches are them going first.

He gave me the password, and postal code, and a couple minor details. He did not give me a transaction ID like he did to get me banned, he gave me a merchants card ID, which we all know is nothing important. When he agreed to go first, he would supply all info of account, but had missed:

Transaction ID, Agreement Number, 3 Passwords, Old recoveries, Date account made, If he moved or not, The email ( i dont know if its the same one or not ) The first credit card subscription. What he considered all information was an email from jagex.

He says he is entitled to his 45$ after giving me ALL INFO for the account, which he clearly missed out alot. I do not owe him 45$, instead I had asked to recover it because he has all the info for it, but hes like nope you owe me before I give you details.

Im very mad about this and tried to respond calmy as I can, i also have a video of the chat log for proof. It matches the conversation exactly, so I wouldnt think I would need more proof.
