i would do it for that price also with haunted mine and the imbued salve ammy, however add on an extra 10m for imbue salve ammy (ei)

prayer would have to be 40 though

 

For the 99 range 1 prayer would run that I'll check to see what my team would do the haunted mine for but you may need to do your own NMZ on it tbh.

It requires a blocker main and a ton of hours, however running an anguish + craws bow at that combat works really well anyway.
