impostor scammed me for 2B O7

Explanation of the trade: I originally reached out to Limiq to facilitate a MM service for a 'buyer', he went on to say he does not MM but asked how much i have & would match the price for the gold. Screen shot 1 & 2.

Limiq then went onto delete the whole discord conversation after doing the trade between 10:11am - 11:43am GMT to make the thread look more in his favour.

Limiq did not correctly send Sythe confirmation pm - he included a false Discord, no quantity & no fee calculation, to which i did not confirm. As i had not confirmed via sythe there should have been no alleged payment made until i had confirmed full payment information & fee calculation via Sythe.

Limiq is an active & supposidely 'trusted' user and therefore from experience would have checked my sythe profile & my 2b for sale posting, recognising that the discords do not match up, yet he claims to have paid an 'imposter'.

Ultimately i have delivered a service as agreed with Limiq, Traded 1958m from my runescape account (N0RT13) to Limiq's requested accounts, which he has confirmed receipt off. Limiq has not confirmed payment information or fee amount via sythe & therefore is liable to any 'supposed' money he has sent without confirming via Sythe. This alongside 90+ minutes of text on discord being deleted

How they scammed: Limiq#5555 has bought my gold & refusing to pay, even after confirming receipt of gold.

Hi - I did not speak with anyone under the name of benny. Limiq claims he had spoken to him, I have never heard of such character and frankly think it’s limiq.

I’ve been unable to find a way to recover messages deleted on discord, can you instruct on how to do so?

It is evident from the conversation thread on discord that the conversation has been deleted as there is a gap for 90 minutes while the transaction was made

 

@Andy thanks for flagging - hadn’t even noticed as haven’t had a conversation with him - just checked and he added me during the time of the scam.
