[Guide] How to induce lucid dreams [Guide]

Ha I got prescribed a sleeping pill for my sleep insomnia. I have lucid dreams several nights a week. The downfall of the sleeping pills are that the other nights, I have I guess what you would call lucid nightmares, so realistic that when I wake up I don't know if it was real life or not.

 

wouldn't it be judt be called insomnia? Not sleep insomnia lol idk? Anyways what your saying reminds me of an article I was reading. This woman never had a lucid dream and when she had one she couldn't tell whether she was dreaming or not. The way that doctors knewshe was in a lucid dream was because everytime she looked at the clock, different times appeared. She tried waking up but the same thing happened 5 or 6 times until she finally woke up. She has a slight phobia of digital clocks now. However is she knew she was in a lucid dream, she could use it to her full advantage and do whatever she wants. So I guess this guide is somewhat to inform you to be prepared when you have one and take full advantage of one. I've gone several days without talking to my parents because I had such realistic nightmares of me arguing with them and cussing etc. It's never fun when those happen :S Fantasy Lucid Dreams are always good I have to admit

 

whats type of dream is it when ur dreaming but u still have all ur sences? i dream alot but have all my senses. i feel pain in my dreams and such.

I knew about sleep paralysis but i didnt know you hallucinated i thought it was only a suffocating feeling <---you might want too add that bit.... but i probably wont try lucid dreaming...good guide btw! very detailed 7/10

You describe a lucid dream alot like being high,

 

Omg ive had one of these b4 i was like wtf it felt like it lasted a few secs b4 i woke up thx fer writeing this

 

all i remember is almost feeling like youve woken up but your still alsppel but i couldnt move it didnt last very long lol ye kindfa like getting high

 

I frequently have lucid dreams, some of them are awesome and others make me scared of what might happen, for instance some times ill have a dream that im flying and looking back on all the good thing ive done in life, then other times its like im in hell.

it usually varies on what mood im in, usually the happier i am the worse the dream is and vice-versa, but then i also sleep walk and talk in my sleep.

i have the weirdest sleep patterns ever tho.

Wow, I'm soo going to try this! I think I might already be having a few lucid dreams .. I have ones where it seems like I'm falling into nothing ...then I get really freaked out and like lean forward and get up on my bed ...

^ Happens like once a month, and for some reason, I'm scared about having dreams about aliens .. don't ask why, it's probably due to so much shit about that topic I've been reading ...

It's a dream where you feel as if you're actually there, it's like real life, but you have non-human powers?

I myself have had 1 lucid dream that i can remember.

 

Id stick to skunk or salvia divinorum .
This jsut seems such a hassle

 

please explain what a lucid dream is, is it basically a dream where you are god and can do whatever you like?

 

I got Sleep paralysis once not to long ago, It was the scariest thing that happened to me. But i wanna get a lucid dream, Go around beating people and raping girls.

Also, The only way to stop SP is to avoid sleeping on your back.

 

Yeah thats what i thought...i sleep on my side so yeah! awesome! =)


And also i read in an alien book that if you have had previous contact with aliens you are more likely to get SP1

 

I downloaded a couple of I-dosers to try to help, no success yet. These sound amazing. I know it might take a few trys to become aware, and to beable to like fly and make stuff happen, but I will keep trying.
