    Rapidshare?

Well I want to download some stuff n it seems the only to get what I need fast is rapidshare. But I have a few questions:

Is this safer than downloading with torrents using peerguardian n vuze.

Can I get in trouble with my ISP for downloading a lot? Although I can't go overboard anyways since my HD is small. xD

Thats basically it. Although I think ill just try n see how long it takes using free since now I don't have to reset my IP but the speeds at like 70Kb so well see.
My max is around 300kb so would it be worth it?

I don't know if it is safer but as far as your ISP goes, it depends on the ISP. Cox is usually pretty lenient and Comcast is a bitchcake. They will call and yell at you for MASSIVE amounts of Uploads and downloads. However, this is like constant downloading as much as you can for weeks on end. You will not have to worry too much about this.

Rapishare is probably safer as you're not uploading anything, but they put download limits on you.

There are only low limits for free users, premium users have an extremely large limit.

    Rapidshare?

    I'd say rapidshare is safer.

There are lots of BIG forums about full of rapidshare downloads, With alot more feedback on each download than you would get on equivalent torrents, So if theres more positive feedback, less likely it is to be a virus.

    Its alot quicker.

My ISP has recently joined something which is meant to cut down warez downloading, But i have never had anything through from them, so i'd say your pretty safe.

I have been downloading warez for a couple years and my isp hasn't noticed i guess. It's way faster than torrents for sure though

I have been downloading throgh RapidShare for a long time, and it's pretty much just as risky as any other download service.

There's a low limit for free users, however there are very fast download times and it's very easy to use.
