Frost (Owner, Admin of Frost Bets) wrongly de-ranked me and refunded bettor

Explanation of the trade:
Background
Frost Bets as a discord server has started in February 2019 (to the best of my knowledge). I had joined as their 2nd ever host sometime during March 2019. Until recently (when I was de-ranked) I had suggested and had implemented many aspects of the current discord to watch it prosper and grow into the healthy server it is currently. Such an example is the 500m raffle idea along with the whole ticketing system behind that.

Amongst other such ideas was bringing commission staking to Frost Bets. Within the rules of Frost Bets, there is a rule which stipulates that all stakes must be streamed or videoed. As commission staking was not the main focus of Frost Bets, no other host or manager streamed or vidded their stakes. In order to retain legitimacy of our staking, we would always request bettors to go to the top of the Duel Arena to watch the fights.


What happened
A few days back, a bettor requested a 500m DDS to whip 07 commission stake. I misclicked a special attack and we end up losing the fight. Please see screenshot below detailing the fight. Please note that "scooby" is a fellow host whom had watched the entire fight from the top of the Duel Arena and is also someone I had commission staked for a few fights ago and was no longer interested in continuing to stake.


Please also see below image from one of the biggest staking Discord's ruleset, in specific Gap rule 2. The rules are applicable to RS3, but should be easily translatable to 07 with a few number tweaks. In this instance it would be the biggest hit of a whip which is 25.



Frost has chosen to ignore the fact that a fellow host (as a witness to the whole fight) watched the fight and could vouch my side of the story.

My argument is that I should not have to refund the bettor his bet as it was a guaranteed loss for us and that Frost has wrongly de-ranked me.

I have spoken to the Managers within Frost Bets and both have sided with me to differing levels. Please see below screenshots with both Managers.

Without consulting anyone else after scooby told his recount of the events, Frost has refunded the bettor erroneously.




Amount scammed: 500m, not a scam. More an error in judgment and overall stubbornness.

So you're saying the onus of proof is on myself.

The bettor has no proof apart from his word.

I have another host (I did not persuade or otherwise influence him in anyway to come forward, he did so of his own volition. Can provide discord chatlogs if needed) who watched the entire fight and can confirm my side of the story.

Why have you chosen to believe the bettor? What he did was a bank chuck, ofc he would be salty on loss and try find any inkling to recover it.

Throughout this whole ordeal I have been nothing but truthful.

As another host (I'm not gonna name who it is) has said rightfully, I could've just lied about the poke and said that I DDS staked in the manner I should've. In this instance, it would be on the bettor to prove that I had indeed fucked up with evidence.

Why is it that you have chosen to request proof off me? Have you not heard of innocent until guilty? If the bettor can provide a video showing my statement is incorrect, I will GLADLY refund the bettor 500m and pay to you whatever the fine is for being a lying scumbag.
