Explanation of the trade: I lent justice my rs3 account with the intention of letting him borrow it cause i heard he was asking around for a poly account. I told him know that i would be quitting gaming for maybe a month or two due to my carpal tunnel. I let him know that its almost maxed so he would have to max it if he wanted to use it as a poly staker, and that membership ran out the same day. I even offered to bond it up for him to use if he waited a bit for a debt to be paid to me by another person.
Amount scammed: 40.5m Rs3 + 4 treasure hunter keys and 6k oddoments (lmao)
How they scammed: I joined the King of Stakes discord sever about, more or less a month ago. Ive been very active since day one and met a lot of real ones. Im practically in voice chat everyday. There i met Justice. Justice is a very toxic, cocky kid that hides behind sarcasm. He was for sure, one of the kids that would "fuck your mom" on black ops 2. He has gained a reputation for his toxic behavior. What happened was, i @Justice in the KOS server and asked if he wanted to use my account, he replied yes and asked me to dm him then get in voice chat, Which i did. As we were in voice chat a alot more ppl were joining. There was about 6-7 ppl total as it happened. I explained to justice that if he wanted to use it he would have to max it and everything, cause i wasnt gonna play for like a month or two, and even offered to bond the account for him. He agreed and i proceeded to dm him the login details to the account. As the chat got busier, i just stood there listening to all the people talking for about 6-8 minutes. I then notice in the #cashin-cashout channel that justice was attempting to cash in rs3 gp. He doesn't even play rs3, if anything he should be cashing in 07. Thats when my suspicion arose. I proceeded to login to my account, i got a message saying it didnt log out of its last session. I didnt say anything just yet as i didnt want justice to know i was onto him. I waited for another 2 minutes before trying again. Keep in mind as all this is happening, we are all in the voice chat, even with a KOS mod (Reaper) present. After retrying to login, i got through, the first thing i noticed was that i had 0 treasure hunter keys. I remember specifically i had 4 total, because my memebrship ran out that day and i was saving them to redeem on a members server, and not a f2p one. When i logged in, i am at the GE, the same spot i left it in, i go and check my bank, i njoticed my armadyl battlestaff and luck of the dwarves were missing. those two items were the only items i had worth while, as all my other gear was unsellable. I checked the GE sale history, and thats when it was confirmed. The staff and ring were at the top of the list, SOLD. I then asked justice in voice chat where my items went and why did you sell them. He then left voice chat, and went offline. Multiple people noticed that as well and said i was getting scammed and to screenshot any evidence i had on him. Thats when i downloaded Gyazo for the first time as it allowed me to take gifs. As i was documenting, i also opened up the treasure hunter interface, and checked my oddoments, i had 90 total left. i had around 6k+ that i was saving. As i documented everything i could, documents showing him cashing in rs3, when he doesnt even play the game, i got him blackjacking it all away, i got the dms of me sending him my info, the GE sale history, his saying, yes to using my account. As i documented everything with Gyazo, i notced that it only keeps the last 10 screenshots. Thats when i panicked, cause the other ones were gonna get deleted due to me being a "free" user. Thats when i literally paid for 4.99$ to save the screenshots, and it worked, they were clickable again. KEEP in mind, i literally gain nothing from making all this up, in fact IM LOSING MONEy. I will provide a link of all the screenshots and gifs i have of the situation in one link. A couple hours later Justice was banned from KOS, only to find out the next day, today, January 15 2020, that he has been unbanned and is roaming free. Some of you may say im making a big deal out of this for only 40.5m rs3 + the other stuff, but to me, an honest person,when justice aint served, its the PRINCIPLE. If someone is a scammer, you ban them, especially in a community like runescape gambling and gold selling. How can KOS allow a scammer on their discord server? It flabbergasts me. if you look through the screenshots, you'll see the bullshit excuses he makes. it doesnt even makes sense. FIRST he says that he couldnt even login. Then he says, "My pc may have a virus now that I think about it I just wonder what I downloaded" I thought you couldnt even login to it, so how is a virus relevant. NO ONE ELSE had access to my account at the time except him. THE EVIDENCE is THERE! THE CLEAR LIES. All this happened at around 7:40 pm on January 14th 2020. Picture this analogy, You come home and walk into the kitchen, there you see sugar all over the floor, spilled everywhere, and your dog sitting there. In the middle of everything, who do you possibly think did it. CLEARLY the DOG. Dog = Justice. If im missing anything let me know what i can add to this. KEEP in mind again, i gain nothing from this, i lost money because of this, time, and my hands hurt from typing all this due to carpal tunnel syndrome. Hopefully some people form the voice chat can give their perspective on this, as they were present there. ( I feel like theres enough evidence to proceed with the hearing.)

Ok so first off another person had his account info, yes he gave it to me but i never logged into the account on the runescape client itself i just checked the stats because he had asked me if i wanted to use it as a poly account i said sure why not he said he was gonna quit runescape or w/e he then says that "i sold his his items and gambled it" which wasnt not factual then explain to him what happened he didnt want to hear it im guessing. He said i proceeded to cashin rs3 gold into the server which i did but then he claimed that i had cashed in his gold which i send him a screenshot of the gold bought by me which he did show in the gyazo screenshot collections plus the extra gp that i had on the account at the time. he said that i had sold his items on the account but i couldnt even open the rs3 nxt client which i also stated. The crazy thing is he never asked me to refund it he just goes on and on about how i supposedly scammed him. if he would've just asked me i would've gave him the gp because im a nice person and ye i've been scammed before so i know how it feels. but to blame someone else for something they didnt do thats sad. ill give him the gp i dont mind.

 

Ok, there are flaws in your defense. First you say that you never logged in because your client was fucking up, so why did your blame the items that went missing on a virus that you may or may not have had on your pc. If you never did in fact login, how is that relevant, how would the "virus" effect my account when you never "logged in". Two: there was in fact another person that had access to my account about a week or 2 ago. About 2 days after he had access my account got locked, so i was forced to change the password. As you can see in the screenshots, i have me giving out 2 different password to justice, and the other guy that did have access but not anymore. After i changed the password, i mentioned to multiple people that i was suspicious of that dude stealing a bond i had on my account, and they can for sure vouch for that. So me being suspicious of him, and me changed my password, it wouldn't makes sense to give him the password again. Look through the screenshots and find the one where the passwords are different. I never said i was going to "quit" runescape. i said i was going to stop playing for like a month or two. So your wrong there as well. You said you wanted to talk to me but i didnt wanna hear it? When did you ever try to resolve this, all you did was call me a snake, and say you'll be back. So your wrong there as well. I did infant receive a screenshot of justice sending me a order details of him buying 37m rs3. But its heresy if you didnt even provide the time and date of the order. I am certain you bought it after to cover your tracks, so that screenshot is meaningless. And even that doesnt make sense because you cashed in a total of 40.9m rs3 when i said multiple times you sold my items for about 40.5m. So your wrong there too. You also say your a nice guy and wouldve gave it back if i just have asked for a refund. First of all, i did, i said to you, You wanna make this right, if not, ill be forced to take action". I literally gave you the chance right there. And even if i didnt, i shouldn't have to ask for a refund on the items you scammed and gambled away. Do you have any other bullshit you wanna play? what other cards you wanna try? I literally said exactly what happened and everything i say makes sense. I LITERALLY shit on every argument you "made"
