    Leecher suggestion.
    You should make it so that leechers cannot make threads in black market or cheating it will lower the chances of scamming noobs.

    No it wouldn't. It would just increase spam, as the scammers would post in other sections till they get the required posts for the Black Market.

    This woulden't stop scamming at all..

    You could easily make what; 25 posts in a few minutes..

    Sure, I mean this would be a good idea, I'm not saying I don't support it, But I just don't think it would work.
