Rigo macroing on a hand trained service

I’m writing this report to report @Rigo for getting a macroing ban on my account. I had paid him 632m total to train my account from the following stats.
78-99 attack = 136.9M
89-99 str = 98.3M
75-99 def = 141.9M
86-99 ranged = 113.3M
75-99 magic = 141.9M

Total: 632.3‬M

He then got my account banned for macroing as he was training the magic, how coincidental.. the most botted/autoclicked skill.

He then told me he couldn’t provide screenshots because he had stopped using runelite due to the chance of a ban from third party clients. He also tried to make excuses that his power had gone out multiple times the day before the ban and every time his power goes out his IP address changes, oh and also that it could be from him putting in “mad hours” to try and get it done.
The service took roughly 3 months for him to do, and I didn’t log in even once during it because I didn’t want to break the terms of service. Therefore he was the ONLY person on the account for THREE months, so there’s no way it isn’t his fault for the ban.
His only solution he offered was to make me a different account and max it’s melee stats since he’s such a “nice guy” which seems pretty suspicious for someone to put in over a month of work on an account if they aren’t guilty of something.

I had planned on selling this account later on after I had done more work to it but now that it has a ban history, the accounts value has depreciated significantly. I would like my 632m refunded as he has lied to me about using third party software on my account and now my plans to sell it are pretty much ruined.

I was going to ask for all of them upon completion so I had them in an album for when I sold the account but before I could even ask he started making excuses as to why he wasn’t using runelite, insinuating that he couldn’t provide screenshots.
One would assume he would have them for his own Records. So I provided the screenshot of him making excuses but he never once showed me a screenshot. @Andy @Gladiator @TySimpson

 

@Andy I do not anymore. I was doing the service on my laptop using it as a second monitor and have since given it to a family member to use. But even if i did still have the laptop I only keep the screenshots for a few days after the service has been completed as stated in my t.o.s.

Edit: The screenshots I had before I stopped using runelite were from maxed melee/range and some magic levels. I stopped using runelite because there was because I saw Jagex was going to address or ban 3rd party clients so I stopped using it and because my laptop was old and was really slowing the laptop down quite a bit when running 3-4 clients.

 

I diagree , he violated his own tos by getting my account perm banned for something he clearly told me he did not do otherwise my account would not have been banned also he gave me every single excuse in the world I have the proof he has absolutely no proof that he did not macro so my account gets infractions and nothing else happens? @Andy @Gladiator @TySimpson

 

That means anybody can go buy a bot script for $20, put in their terms of service “I’m not responsible for any bans or infractions” and say that they hand train accounts but then go and just bot every account and if the customer gets banned “oh well too bad, I’m not liable” what a joke

 

@Andy I have already refunded him for the xp I did not get to finish as seen in these screenshots.

Pretty funny you can take pictures of you refunding me but you can’t take pictures of you not hitting on my account and getting it perma banned @Rigo @Gladiator @TySimpson @Andy
