Explanation of the trade: I purchased 2 services for my HCIM from Turbo, the first being 2 quests (Waterfall and Priest in Peril) and 1-70 agility. We agreed on the price $41 total. Today I get a message from the worker telling me he died while doing the waterfall quest because his internet dc'ed. Turbo did not inform me on any kind of terms in the event of a death ( Loss of status ) therefore I assume that they are responsible for this. I bought the HCIM from NeedYourAccounts for $150 since it was HCIM, trained and had a pet. Turbo is telling me that I only incurred a $15-20 loss with the status. I'd like to be re-imbursed for the account since now its pretty useless, considering I bought it to be a HCIM...

I did take responsibility for my Worker's mistake and offered him a pretty generous compensation of 100m worth of services which he declined and then asked for a full refund of his account's worth+ amount he spent on services.
Asking for a 190$ compensation for this situation is not a reasonable proposal i can agree to, since i don't agree with neither the price of the account, or the depreciation caused by the loss of HCIM status.

 

I asked for just reimbursement for the account value not the services. Which is fair, I bought it as a HCIM not a regular ironman. There is a significant price difference.

 

Look, im really sorry for what happened. But the loss of status doesn't make your account worthless.
You've asked for a full account refund, with the premise that it is now worthless. It is worth something.
I always said from the start im ready to compensate for the price difference, but it's definitely not 190-150$.

I did confirm I sold a HCIM to him for $150. These accounts range from $120(If buying directly from Venz) to $175.

Clearly when buying a HCIM, you want a specific HCIM and not a dead one because the complete account value changes and most are useless to people. People want to chase HCIM leaderboards, not regular. I'd say 80% of my buyers have come back and bought another after theirs died for whatever reason. Why? Because they want a HCIM, not a standard. The difference in value for me when selling a standard 99FM+83 hunter is $70 versus $150+. This is because the risk and time involved in doing 99 FM without error @ 10 hp and 83 hunter (dangerous as well unless perfectly done).


OP was a loyal customer, and I wish he picked me for the leveling service, but for him to only be compensated $30-50 is completely wrong and honestly, isn't fair. You know the responsibility when ACCEPTING A HCIM JOB.

 

If you make that verdict then i will comply. But i have to warn you that he inflated the services prices.
He paid 32$ total for them.

 

I posted the screenshots of the agreed pricing, all I'd like back is the $80 plus whatever I've already paid. Is that acceptable? @Turbo Services
