Chargeback #2 - Helar voore (Tallin,Estonia)

User bought 600M (200M x 3) in livechat and chargedback after. He also bought GP with other name earliar from same IP/different name but editted his ID. He seems to be doing this a lot since he has done this from a few accounts. I suggest any gold site to carefully check out any purchases from (TALLIN,ESTONIA)
Sometimes he may use a USA ID and paypal but its still him you can see from the IP.
