Nah. Something undead with salve amulet or salve amulet(e) <- even better.

Basically you go for full attack/hit bonus to really max out the xp.
    Neit Helm > Warrior/Zerker
    Bandos Chest > Torso
    Bandos Tassets >
Zerker Ring > Warrior Ring >
    Dark Gloves > Etc
    Fury > Glory > Strength
    Firecape >
DFS > Defender > Unholy Book
    Whip > Etc

Here's a good probably never crowded spot to train on. You want to goto the skeletons through the pipe you have to squeeze through. Bunch of skels in a tiny room with no one around. Trout or salmon spawns on the table you can eat it occasionally. Bring yourself some super attacks / strengths and you can manage a lot of xp hourly with unimpressive stats.

This was the method I used to level to 100 combat pre PC and pre Salve(e) and it was still amazing XP.
