So far, the staff have been pretty decent, with the exception of the Dispute Forum. When we receive infractions, you are supposed to be able to dispute it. The sad fact is, from what I've seen, most of the disputes are ignored and are never replied to. I am not sure whether this is laziness or lack of activity in that section but makes me pity those who have to post 6 threads just to get a reply, most with the titles in caps or reading DO NOT IGNORE. Yet they are ignored. I think it would be beneficial, as well as making those that have been temporary bans or infractions feel better, about receiving the infractions. If you reply to them and give them unbiased replies, but not negatively, then I think you will find they go from being pissed to accepting their mistakes.
    Thank you.

I agree with you, i already posted my dispute few days ago and still got no reply to it ... It's annoying, but yeh, what I can do with it? :/
The same thing is with 'Report a scammer' section, read about it below ^^.

Posting a dispute isn't a way to bypass the rules. Infractions rarely get reversed.

If you make it look professional, state that you did something wrong, and say you learned, your chances of having the infractions reversed are increased. If you just make it look like you took only a few minutes to make it up, then they probably won't pay attention as much as they would to professional looking disputes.

I can understand that; but I rarely take the time not to make things proper and provide as much detail as I can. Even for others, be their grammar or evidence good or poor, a comment stating that takes the staff all of 5 seconds. Or maybe I ask too much?

    I know what you mean.
and I think they should review them better rather then stating...
    " no its final"
    and immediately archive it.

I'm always happy to deal with infraction disputes, but I only touch ban disputes if I banned the person.

You can dress it up as much as you want, it will in no way aid your infraction reversal.

Sorry I've given up in that section. I was sick of doing it myself.

You do a good job in the dispute section :D. Tgump is pretty active too.

I guess I can understand that; you were really active in it for a long time sorting most stuff by yourself. I can see that getting very frustrating quickly.

Yes I do understand; I am an Admin of a WoW site. I must say, I think a good half of you do a great job. Another quarter of you do an ok job, and the last quarter just seems to be disliked because they are spiteful.
