Rs Customer Service Abuse Guide - Written By Me

This guide was written by me for a site named rs exploits. In my opinion it's a good read. It's all from my experiences with the customer support and the abuse of it. Some credits go to Kami for telling me a little bit about it a while ago but the rest is all my information. Please don't distribute it unless you give me full credit. It's not all that long and really not that detailed but some time I will juice it up and add things when I feel necessarily. I know a lot more than what is in this guide but I don't feel the need to make things public, I feel bad enough releasing this. Enjoy anyways

Interesting information but some of your points need backing up with screenshots otherwise you could just say this in merely a clever elaboration of information already in circulation.

Good guide, I've been trying to compose something like this, but rather for personal use rather than a public release. I find the e-mails intresting, as if you e-mail "[email protected]", you do actually get through to an actual member of JaGex staff, although about 70% of the e-mail back is just copy + pasted, to ensure they include the proper stuff in the e-mail to ensure parents etc etc.

Why does he need proof? Just because he's just registerred to Sythe, why do you automatically assume that he has ripped the guide? Do YOU have proof he did not write it?

IF you do, THEN you can accuse him. But for the moment, I believe you DON'T.

It was simply a suggestion, and you only choose to attack me, rather than others whom have posted the same thing.

The Guide itself is great, but I'm just suggesting that he may add some proof that he had created it. That is all.

 

It wouldn't be abused if JaGeX took the time to reply themselves, not using a bot. They tellus not to bot, why can't we report them?

Thanks a lot for this guide. I'm currently in the middle of recovering my account and dealing with the bs recovery system. I'm not sure if anybody knows this but creation date of the account is also a very important factor. This however is ridiculous as most people will not be able to remember the month they created their account and will ultimately have to attempt trial and error untill they get it right.

Hmmmm, I have a new isp since the last time i logged onto my account which means ip will different. Does anybody know how i can get around this or explain it to jagex?

 

tell em you use aol, they switch ips around alot (maybe with a proxy but I've heard the ip switching is proxy like)
