You really should of made this topic in the correct forum, So don't be surprised if this topic gets deleted and/or you get infracted.

But as im writing a reply, I may as well actually write something constructive, so - You won't find any good direct cheating applications for certain tasks, all the good cheating programs for runescape nowadays use scripts, So you should check out Nexus Ibot, and RsBot. Abit of research into them and you'll get exactly what you need.
