After sniping names for years (and finally being caught). Milotic is allowed back for $198

A perm ban should be a perm ban. He got perm banned because staff had good reason to believe he sniped a lot of names.

 

99% of scammers don't pay back the original debts they owe imagine asking them to pay back 2x

 

But why do you guys, or in your case did you guys overturn a permanent ban. Like say, if you perm ban a guy that should technically mean deletion of account. Or does it mean in prison terms where 'life in prison' actually means 25 years in jail.

 

Maybe @Sythe would care to explain the term "permanent ban" on sythe?

Look at Pain, he cant get back on Sythe and he didnt even scam, or Ariba or Iballhard, Darkest dream. The list goes on and on - Its disgusting how many big active market users this forum has lost because staff cant get over themselves. Some of these guys have been banned or dnt for over a year/years(I'm looking at the pardon results thread). The 4 alone I listed are more activity then this entire forum currently has and then Milotic who has more debt then any of them that cant be proven is Dnt'd and going to get unbanned. It's just dumb how @Sythe keeps letting so many long-term users remain banned.
Darkest Dream- Ex CDT leader, minor offense where he struggled irl - has failed 3-4 pardons- super active in community
Ariba - Giant gold site, active in market and sponsoring events - has failed 3-4 pardons
Iballhard - Giant gold site, active in market and events - has failed 3-4 pardons
Pain - most active member in history, giant sites, bond holder, w/e else he did - has failed multiple pardons
Not one of these guys is a risk - every single one has a massive track record of long term legitimacy, what the fuck is wrong with the owner of this forum? Dude preaches about activity and this shit and we've got head admins being demoted and some of the most active/old users out there staying banned and corrupt name sniping fuckers that dont have to repay shit being dnt'd and unbanned and this dude is over here acting like the forums fine.

 

This is false, Pain did indeed scam, but his main ban reason was 'self vouching' by interacting on two accounts he owned. "My main uses edge and i access great olm on chrome". Regarding his scam, he went ahead and paid back the money along with another $4500 to be held by sythe staff as a collateral for a period of time. (RSGG) the shadiest person, due to his ToS on his website which goes against any general sales term if youve ever read contractual law as a subject you should be able to tell what he had done was unethical and against sythe rules by using sythe as the medium. I do not want him to ever be on sythe.

As for Ariba, the guy co-owned a gambling website by the name of 'megabets'. These shady fuckers took all the domain extentions of existing gambling website on sythe and redirected the links to its own website. They were caught lying through whois domain search where the owners of ariba and megabets had been linked on of the redirecting scam domain.

As for blackblasses, I beleieve the eventuality of being pardoned is what haunts us most here. And our point was permanent ban mean's what exactly?

 

"Unethical". I find it funny how hypocritical this site this site is. Shin does not develop a bot for 6 months and voluntary resigned, he wouldn't of been demoted. So what Pain did is any different ethically then what Shin did? The person who voted on Pain's pardon? Same as Ariba? Ariba didnt scam anyone. Also I went and searched, I've only found one report on Pains website EVER. I think this community is the hypocritical one. Who cares about perm bans when the staff are drawing out transactions 6 months and getting off scott free and some of the most active members out there that want back are being called "unethical" years later? These 4 are just candidates that just doing a 2 minute browse over pardons should of been let back on the forum years ago.

You cannot preach activity and events and other bullshit and then tell me you can justify any of these bans. Half the pardon section is filled with denials that should of been accepted. People act like being unethical is not done by everyone, every day on the internet. Staff cant preach SHIT your own members are being unethical. Fuck off with the ethics shit and your holier then thou shit. If your keeping someone banned whether its DD, Ariba, Baller, Pain, WHOEVER for ethics you are a goddamn hypocrite. I actually dont care if Milotic gets pardoned - But he should have to do a good-will donation of $500 or some shit to repay scam victims or something he should not just be told to repay $200 then poof, pardoned.

 

Thats the whole point, usually when someone bans you they tell you for how long. A permanent ban should never be allowed to come back, as opposed to a temp ban. I can gaurantee for certain none of the current staff members have been permanently banned ever. But they have been banned for scamming and pardoned which isnt the topic of this discussion. Permanently banned means what exactly on sythe?
