What monster for good strenght xp?

What monster IN F2P is good to train on?
Its for my rune pure, i want 90 str this week

Train on ice warriors

 

Try training on the spiders in the stronghold 3rd level. You can also train on lesers or ankous =)

 

Training on spiders @ security stronghold is the BEST place for f2p to train on. Go there, don't waste time in other places, since you have low defence level.

 

I really like ankous in the 4th lvl of the Stronghold

Flesh crawler in the stronghold!

They have a very good hit point level so you get to maximize the amount of XP you get off them.

They all can't hit high/through defense that well.

Like presaid, spiders/flechcrawlers, but also moss giants are great xp.

 

For money and xp: ankous

For xp only: spiders

For money and low xp: kbd lol jk

But yea giant spiders and ankous are the best, other than rock crabs!!!
