Another Myspace Top Banner

I'm friends with an owner of an up and coming music venue in my city. He asked me to design his myspace for him, and part of his request was a top banner. It's a rather simple design, but for some reason..I really like it. The venue's name is 'The Undergroung'..its cliche..but whatever. Let me know what you think, what I can do better, and rate it 1-10.

I know most of you are using the brand new photo shop versions, and all the newely released softwared..but I use Paint Shop Pro 7...which is horribley out dated..I just cant bring myself to upgrade =\
