{URGENT} Hiring a HTML/PHP coder

I am currently creating a video game with a expensive program called:
Soft Image XSI
What I need is a good design for the site.
It is fantasy/medieval like.

All i need is the design and the HTML/PHP codes..
you will be in credit list of the game and credit on the site.

Thats what it sounds like, they do the work, you get and host..... if i did the work, i'd either pay or get free hosting thus for people know that I made it myself....

and whoever made the site gets full credit
it will even say credit in game....
