    Well a pretty much empty account with a 99 is worth around the 3M mark depending on what 99 it is.

    It's really not. Even 99 firemaking this cheapest skill cost's 5M to get that alone. Then you have too add value for the time and effort spent getting it..

    teh thats a fake vouch you have he said you scammed him and you locked your acc and you locked his acc take that vouch off before you get banned
