Creating an iTunes account for free without a Credit Card or a Gift Card

All methods I found on google are outdated, does anyone know of a good way?

 

I tried to figure it out and it never worked for me. The iTunes card won't work without a credit or debit card as far as I know. I'd look into asking your parents for a debit card and your own bank account to manage yourself.

I finally asked and it worked out insanely well.

 

Go to walmart, get a prepaid Debit/Credit. load...X....amount of money on it, and it works.

 

I'm asking for a free way.
