I know said user hasn't been active on Sythe, but they paid top banner on this site and are founded by another sythe user/company that is currently active.

Amount scammed: N/A

Reason for report:
On their site, they claim withdrawal of Balance can take up to 48hours. It has been over 80hrs since my withdrawal and they have still not sent.
There are only two things I am requesting from this report:

1. they be held liable to their Terms and Services or offer compensation.

2. Since btc price has moved since they claimed they've sent (and its not on blockchain) it's only fair to base the withdrawal value on the blockchain displayed value, if there is a discrepancy. (No where in their terms and service does it say it takes 96hours...)

Them saying how the boss/manager isn't in office and how it'll be sent within 4 hours and so on and so forth. (This was on early January 1st, has since been 30hrs since that conversation). This was also when my withdrawal has been 'processing' status for over 60 hours.

 

I'll give them 24 hours to reply before applying any punishment here, they have generally gone without issue

Sorry for the trouble. I would like to point out that your BTC was sent 18h BEFORE you made this post. Screenshot from blockchain.info. If you agree, I would be happy to post full link with your address but you can check it yourself with times. Top transaction is where you moved money from your wallet, bottom is where we sent you your withdraw:

The wait happened due to Christmas and New Year. Transfer from our processor was delayed due to Christmas and then it was delayed to our BTC exchange due to New Year but it reached the exchange next day after New Year, i.e. Jan 2nd which is the day we sent your withdraw.

So to address your questions:
1) Sorry, delay was due to Christmas/New Year. In addition, to avoid such posts in the future, feel free to contact me on Discord directly: EldoradoGG#0859. We are also changing info on our website to 5 business days for withdraws instead of 48h.
2) As you can see in my screenshot, value when sent $1940.77. I always copy-paste amounts from the admin panel and we always use the spot rate which is fair. To be honest, your BTC value even went up $50 this time so I am not sure if there are any problems here. Your amount is 2022.35*0.96-1 and it equals to exactly what we sent you.

I am sorry for the trouble again, but the delay happened due to Christmas and New Year. And there are still few withdraws that are still pending (this is for you StakeGP) and they will be sent out later today. Sorry for the trouble again.

Hi, can you PM me on Sythe what the TXID for this is? I do not see it in my wallet yet. Also, for future reference, can you update your withdrawal system to show what address it was withdrawn to (in the transaction history)? BTC address change everytime for blockchain and sometimes I lose track.
