You dumb ass, this is possible back in the days when u created an account in runescape you had 9 hp, somewhere around 2003 or something they changed it into 10 hp, and they kept the accountsthat were 9hp alone.. So dumb..

 

I know, I meant that it's impossible to get 9hp from an account created, say, now, rather than in 2001.

But it's impossible to get NOW, like, you couldn't just go make an account now and do something, it has to be transferred from RSC.
