If you buy an item and then sell it to somebody, and if you try to buy againt within 2 minutes you get a message, You recently purchased this item, try again in a few minutes

He isn't talking about G.E he is transferring to his account, read it carefully.

On topic, nice find over all how much would you transfer if you kept buying an banking for an hour than sold to a player?

Good guide, fairly slow, but its all we have as of now.

 

that is only for eyes of newts, and maybe other thing jagex has found out that can be used to rwt.. please, research before you post.
