Runescape Membership Help!

Well my cousin had just given me his Runescape account it has been member before then I decided to make it member again with a different credit card number. When I submit it, it says Payment Declined.

 

Try double checking the number of the card or see if its still valid.

 

I am 100% sure it is still valid until August 2011.

 

Are you sure that the current membership is canceled? If your cousin was paying with a credit card or whatever make sure it is canceled, and also check all your information.

 

I am sure it is cancelled, and what do you mean check information? If you mean information I put to make member I am sure it is right.

 

You need to make sure all of the information matches up with what the bank account related to the debit/credit card is the same that you put in the boxes.

 

Try Make sure everything is Cancelled, and make sure everything is correct.

If not just buy Pins.

same thing that happened to me so i just cept it non mems for like onther month and then i made it mems and it work but gl any way on getting it mems

 

Cancel The Subscription, and try waiting 24 hours(If a subscription is active via credit card). If it doesn't work, Contact Billing Support.

 

Contact customer support. Or try to use a different payment method.
