My 2nd Background - Darth Vader

Hey guys this is my second background, and please let me know what to make better. I also need to know if the first picture or second pictures looks better.

 

Erm , the text is seriously bad and try to look up some blending tutorials for renders.
But i like the background.

EDIT : the second one looks better.

EDIT 2 LOL : To blend the render good, use the lasso tool to mark the render, right mouse click - feather - feather 10 - add gradient map orsmth .

Text is a lil crapy, but other then that, #2 is the best.

 

The first ones bg is ok the second one i dont really like.
You should add some variety, it just seems like you did the same thing over and over again.
Also try to make the text look better, however its a good try

Your render is 'floating' blend him in more to make it look like he belongs there. Also text is bad, for a wallpaper like this you don't really need text do you?

 

I prefer the second one but i think its rather plain.

Darth Vadar looks incredibly blockish, looks like you just stuck him in the middle there. I agree with the person above who said you should blend him in more.

Maybe have some lighting effects around Darth Vadar so he looks less dull.

 

I've added some lightning effects, and blended to about 90 px feathered.

the second one is nicer to, i would suggest putting darth vader on somthing, like a stand, or a building, etc. in my opinion it just looks rendered wrong to the fact that theres nothing there, In my opinion the backround is the big for the small character.

 

its pretty good, i dont really like the text but you need to make the render bland more, its to out of place. there pretty good though nice job
