A stupid question regarding item transfer

It's been a long time since I last played Runescape; all these updates, new features and new restrictions are something I now know next to nothing about.

If I would like to transfer, say, money or food or anything from my main account (A) to another account of mine (B), what exactly are the "new" (= presented in the last one or two years) updates that strive to prevent this? My favourite means of transfer used to be this: account A moves to an obscure spot with no other people around and logs out; account B logs in and moves to the exact same spot and then logs out; A logs in to drop the items that are to be transferred and logs out; B logs in and picks up the stuff as soon as it appears. Will this work today?

Now, the reason why I'm asking this is simply because I am extremely confused by all these more or less complex junk trading, party room etc. tactics explained here as good ways to do the transfer. I would be thankful if someone took the time to answer this.

 

Drop trading doesnt work, only way to trade is Bounty Hunter(unlimited ammount) or party room(under 50k each time).

If your doing a 500k or less transfer, best bet is party room.
If BH, do things like arrows or death runes, if p2p large amounts of cash be like barrows armor, fury, robin hats, in f2p the best for large amounts is wizzy G, rune G, sara sets, zammy sets, etc.

There is a BH transfer protection service around here somewhere, you can use the search feature to find it, or you can take your chances and multi log, multi log with unsigned applets no longer work, you can, however open up to rsbot clients and multilog very easily.

Party room the transfer has to be under 50k each time, because 50k+ and every single banker in the game will shout out there is (Money amount here) drop party in (Time left here), and if you talk to a banker saying that, they can teleport you to the party room, which means you will be flocked by noobs wanting money.
In party room, NEVER USE MONEY, you will never get all of it, it will be broken up and to like 30 coins in each balloon.


The hotspots are by the chest, the balloons closest to chest are your best bet.
Some people claim hotspots are fake theory's, but I transferred over 200rune chains, every single one I got in first 5 balloons popped, and all were within 5 squares of the chest.
Best time to PR transfer is about midnight to 1:00 AM Central American/Canadian time.

 

Yes, Try and drop trade but you can only do 10m at a time and you gotta wait 15 mins for it to show up.
