Banned :( - Fury's Punisher

Hello guys, its me Fury's Punisher. Yesterday night at 6:55 P.M. I was on the General Discussion/Off-Topic Forum. I was looking at some of the polls that were there like 'Pepsimax vs Coke'. It is fun to see who says what and how many people like one thing more than the other. I decided to create one named 'Wii or Xbox 360 or PS3'. I asked people which gaming system they enjoyed the most. After a couple replies, I decided to make another, called 'RuneScape or World of Warcraft'. I thought of doing this because many people on Sythe play both. I then went to the RuneScape Forums for a minute to look some things up and I found myself at the Forum Games. I found some very fun games, like 'Hot or Not' and decided to bring it over to the Sythe Forums. I had to go for a little, but when I got my back I found my threads had been removed. I waited for a second to see if it was a bug or glitch and then I was directed to a 'vBulletin Message'. It said the following:

You have been banned for the following reason:
Stop spamming my fucken general discussions! You joined in November in 540 posts. Get a life.

Date the ban will be lifted: 12-27-2008, 06:00 PM

If you feel that this ban was given in error, you may explain why you think so in the Dispute Forum without registering a new account, and a moderator or administrator will review your case and come to a final decision.


When I read this, I was shocked. How could I get banned for enjoying the Sythe Forums and trying to have fun with some people? Isn't that what Sythe and the Off-Topic Forums are for? I just posted three threads. Yeah, three. I've seen some people with four or more with the sole point of increasing post count, because their threads are just copies of each other.

The second thing Nathan' said was about my Post Count. Yeah, I joined in November, the 15th to be exact, and I like to help people. I have probably most of them from the RuneScape 2 General Forum, giving people advice and help. I also have SIX guides in the RuneScape 2 Verified Guides section, which are all highly used. I've inspired over ten people to make Zerker Pures, following my guide. So about my Post Count, I like to help people. I get lots of time to go on Sythe, so 35 posts a day isn't very hard for me.

The last thing Nathan' told me was 'get a life'. What does 'get a life' mean to you? To me, I interpret it as "you are just such a loser that you dont even have a life". How insulted would you feel if a MODERATOR, who is supposed to help people, told you to 'get a life'. Just leave, your life isn't work anything to me so just go. How would you feel? Just think about trying to have fun, then getting banned because of it and getting told to get a life?

If Nathan thought you were spamming a lot, he can ban you. But from what I have seen a one month ban is too steep. I dropped it to 2 weeks.

 

You spammed the shit out of the off-topic section you joined the middle of November and have over 500 posts, more than 3/4 of you're post count is spam and irreverent shit, then you proceeded to make another account and do the same.

@ Dark - You have no right removing bans, discuss with the moderators before taking upon yourself and making yourself look stupid for not knowing the full story. Thanks.

The ban has been moved back to one month, after this time you're free to come back on sythe as long as you don't go spamming all you're useless comments. Should any other moderator find you on the forums while your ban is in place, it will be moved to perm and your other accounts banned.
