No one is gonna level your account 70-75 just for a stupid vouch.
Same goes with everyone of the other skills. You act like we should be thankful that we are leveling your account. It is the other way around buddy.
Offer something other than a vouch. Offer RSGP or Swaps or Paypal you poor ass noob.
